Welcome to the Tacit Scribes Referral Program! We’re excited for you to help us spread the word about our remote scribe solutions and earn rewards in the process. Please carefully review these Terms & Conditions before participating:

Eligibility

You must be a current customer of Tacit Scribes to participate.
Referrals must be new doctors within existing or new ophthalmic/optometric companies who have not previously used Tacit Scribes services.
Self-referrals are not eligible.

Referral Process

Share our referral page link with your friends and family.
Encourage your referrals to sign up for a free trial of Tacit Scribes services.
Ensure your referrals understand the program requirements and these Terms & Conditions.

Referral Rewards

For each new doctor within a company who signs the Tacit Scribes Client Service Agreement and successfully completes at least one (1) paid invoice within the first 30 days of becoming a client, you will earn EITHER (you must select one):
- Three (3) free weeks of scribing service per new doctor, up to eight (8) weeks per new company/practice, OR:
- One (1) $400 gift card per new doctor, up to $1000 maximum reward per new company/practice.
Rewards will be distributed after the referee’s first paid invoice has been processed.

General Conditions

Tacit Scribes reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice
Any fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms & Conditions will result in disqualification from the program and potential forfeiture of rewards.
You are responsible for any taxes associated with your referral rewards.
By participating in the program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and grant
Tacit Scribes the right to use your name and image for promotional purposes related to the program.
